IVE Hospitality has cordially invited Box Hill Institute in Australia to conduct 2 guest sharing sessions for students studying in Higher Diploma in Leisure Management, Sports Administration, Sports Coaching on May 28.
The first topic was “Gentle Yoga and Fitness in the Elderly” and the instructor demonstrated modified postures such as seated yoga and other appropriate support that make it possible for the elderly to practise yoga at a level that suits most needs comfortably and safely.
The second topic was “Conservation Management of Nature Parks – Philip Island”. The ranger shared the Penguin Parade has evolved to become a world-leading ecotourism destination over the years that relies on conservation research to inform our decision-making.
