To provide the best possible training environment for our Hotel and Catering students, Hospitality Discipline offers 5 training restaurants and 6 training kitchens at Chai Wan and Haking Wong campus respectively. These facilities enable students to acquire hands-on experience and skills in line with stringent industry standards in food preparation and customer service. They are closely supervised during training and must demonstrate to their assessors that they have met the requirements for gaining professional qualification. Professional service is offered to customers to enjoy a fine dining experience under the friendly and relaxing ambience of our Training Restaurants. Menus are innovative and regularly changed in keeping with local and seasonal produce. Our regular lunches, theme evenings and private functions offer our students a diversified training experience.
Our Training Restaurants are open to members of Chai Wan and Haking Wong Dining Society during term time, offering wide variety of cuisines, theme lunches and dinners towards the end of each semester.
